Camille Landry is a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac.) who graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture to become a doctor of TCM. After 4 years of study and completing a post-graduate internship at the China-Japan friendship hospital in Beijing, China, Camille graduated as a Doctor of TCM.
Prior to completing her diploma in Acupuncture, Camille obtained her Holistic Health Practitioner diploma at MacEwan University where she studied holistic concepts and modalities of health, healing, and counseling. Camille also practices Reiki and is passionate about the deep, peaceful and secure experience this modality has to offer. She continues to explore the avenues in which Reiki can benefit the health and wellbeing of her patients.
Camille has a special interest in understanding the effects of stress on our mental and emotional health and loves to witness the effects acupuncture, meditation and spending time in nature have on promoting balance and a sense of wholeness to our lives. Camille is a specialist in treating addiction with acupuncture, and continues to deepen her studies in TCM dietary therapy and herbology. She is currently working toward obtaining her traditional Chinese medicine practitioner (R.TCM.P.) license.
Camille has found great comfort and peace in helping others achieve their health and healing goals. She continues to fall deeper in love with the core values of traditional Chinese medicine and frequently finds herself humbled by the power of this healing modality. Growing up on a small-town acreage in northern Alberta, she has always been inspired by the experience of living according to the seasons and using food and herbs as strong healing tools.
Her passion for natural health and healing stems from understanding that illness cannot be understood unless it is related to our complete experience of being alive (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual life). She strives to bring healing opportunities within all aspects of our being. She believes in kindness and living simply, and is always in the mood for a night around a campfire.
